    I first borrowed this book from the library, and after reading and working through the book, I knew I needed to own this as a usable guide for my running life, as an all around core stability and strength trainer. The workouts are laid out beautifully. I hate the stand up then the lay down, back and forth, of random thrown together workouts. In this book he has laid them out with purpose, efficiency and with flow. Very much appreciated.

    Easy to follow strength training plan
    Really enjoyed this book and the strength training plans. Simple and easy to follow with great instructions and pictures. Would recommend!

    I had stepped in a hole while training for a 1/2 marathon which in return, tore my medial and lateral meniscus. I have been going to Physical Therapy twice a week for five weeks. Many of the things I am doing in therapy, are in this book.
